New Delhi. : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Tier-1 examination schedule for candidates who applied under Recruitment Notification 01/2025 for various teaching and non-teaching posts in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).
Candidates who have successfully completed the online application process have been informed that the Tier-1 examinations will be conducted on January 10 and January 11, 2026, in two shifts each day.
Tier-1 Examination Schedule
- January 10, 2026 (9:30 AM – 11:30 AM):
- PRT, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Lab Attendant
- January 10, 2026 (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM):
- Multi-Tasking Staff (HQ/RO Cadre)
- January 11, 2026 (9:30 AM – 11:30 AM):
- Assistant Commissioner, Principal, Vice-Principal, PGT
- January 11, 2026 (2:30 PM – 4:30 PM):
- TGT & Miscellaneous Teachers, Librarian, Administrative Officer, Finance Officer, Junior Translator, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Section Officer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer Grade I & II
Each examination will be of two hours duration.
Admit Cards Released
CBSE has issued admit cards for all registered candidates. Applicants must download their admit cards from the official examination portal using their registration number (starting with 2598) and the password created during online application submission. Candidates are advised not to use their application number for login.
The examination city and centre allotted as mentioned on the admit card are final, and requests for any change will not be entertained under any circumstances. No separate communication will be issued regarding this matter.
