KVS, NVS & EMRS Recruitment 2026: Tier-II Results Released for PGT, TGT and Lab Attendant Posts
New Delhi, August 25, 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Tier-II recruitment examination results for select posts under the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).
The results have been declared on August 25, 2026, in continuation of earlier communications issued by CBSE regarding the recruitment process.
Candidates can check their individual results and shortlisting status by logging into their respective application portals.
Posts for Which Tier-II Results Are Declared
The Tier-II results have been announced for the following posts:
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
- PGT Mathematics
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
- TGT Mathematics
- TGT Sanskrit
Non-Teaching Post
- Lab Attendant
Candidates should log in to their application accounts to view their individual result or shortlisting status, as applicable to their post.
How to Check KVS NVS Tier-II Result 2026
Candidates can check their results by following these steps:
- Visit the CBSE recruitment examination application portal.
- Open the candidate login section.
- Enter the required login credentials.
- Access the individual result or shortlisting status.
- Download or save the result details for future reference.
Candidates should use the application portal through which they submitted their recruitment application.
Tier-II Marks Availability
The availability of Tier-II marks will depend on the selection process applicable to the respective post.
For posts where an interview is part of the selection process, the current result indicates whether a candidate has been shortlisted for the interview. Since the selection process is still continuing, marksheets for these posts will be made available within 15 days of publication of the final result, after completion of the interview process.
For posts where there is no interview, Tier-II marks will be made available in the candidate's login along with the result.
Candidates May Need to Submit Preferences
Candidates whose recruitment process requires them to exercise a post or institution preference will be able to submit their preferences through the application portal.
Candidates have been advised to carefully check the instructions displayed in their individual login and submit their preferences within the prescribed deadline.
Interview and Skill Test Schedule
For posts involving an interview or skill test, the schedule and call letters will be provided through the respective candidate logins once the schedule is finalised in consultation with KVS or NVS, as applicable.

CBSE said that results for the remaining posts are being finalised and will continue to be declared in phases.
