Karnataka's Ex Home Minister comments that Amendments in NEP are inevitable

Tumakuru: Despite many failures in National Education Policy (NEP), It has become inevitable to implement this policy in the present education system by making some amendments, commented Ex Home Minister of Karnataka, Siddhartha Education Society Secretary & Congress leader G Parameshwara. 

He stated this while addressing the annual general meeting of teachers of primary, secondary, high schools, and other educational institutions under Siddhartha Education Society, held at SSIT in the City on Saturday.

He also added, the Indian education system has been recognised by several countries in the world. The teachers need to change their teaching skills vastly based on NEP and ready to overcome the challenges in this digitalized era. The teachers need to make the maximum use of the modernized technology to make a remarkable impact on the target audience which would also develop in the mental development of students, he advised.

 Siddartha Education Society administrative officer B Nanjundayya said that the teachers need to prioritise discipline and time. The annual general meetings are necessary to review the performance and results and to discuss plans of action for the upcoming academic year.

Siddartha Education Society education officers N Devaraj, H Thippeswamy, and co-ordinator B N Dayanand complimented the students and teachers of four schools, which recorded 100% passing percentage in annual examinations.
