Karnataka SSLC exam: Teachers found distributing answers in exam hall, 15 suspended

Appropriate action has been directed to be taken against the concerned staff of the examination center along with the list of the concerned staff who were encouraging the exam irregularities by preparing copies of the question papers.

Bengaluru : In Karnataka's Bidar, 15 teachers were suspended for allowing candidates to copy in the ongoing Karnataka SSLC exams.
When the district collector of Bidar and the district superintendent of police of Bidar visited the Shivaji High School examination center at Bhalki without notice, they found that the room invigilator was giving answers to the questions on the examination question paper to the candidates who were writing the examination.
Appropriate action has been directed to be taken against the concerned staff of the examination center along with the list of the concerned staff who were encouraging the exam irregularities by preparing copies of the question papers.
Taking note of this, the deputy director of education in Bidat district has suspended 15 teachers.
Four teachers from Buddapriya High School Bhalki (Invigilators), two teachers from Shivaji High School Bhalki, and nine teachers from various government schools (Invigilators) have been suspended
