The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the mock allotment results for the first round of Karnataka NEET PG 2026 admissions to postgraduate medical courses.
Candidates can now review their mock allotment results and modify their submitted options. The option modification window will remain open until 10 AM on November 5, 2026.
KEA NEET PG 2026: First-Round Counselling Schedule
According to the announcement issued by KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna, the revised schedule for the first-round allotment process is as follows:

KEA has permitted candidates to add, delete or modify their options until the specified deadline. Candidates should review their choices carefully and make any necessary changes before the option-entry window closes.
Provisional and Final Seat Allotment Results
The provisional first-round seat allotment results will be announced at 8 PM on November 5, 2026. The final seat allotment results are scheduled for release at 11 AM on November 6, 2026.
