Gandhinagar:  According to the official notification, candidates applying for the post of Professor (Veterinary/Dairy/Fisheries) who also wish to apply for Associate Director of Research are required to submit two separate online applications, one for each post. However, the Academic Performance Indicator (API) form needs to be filled for only one post, which must be clearly specified in the application.

Candidates are also required to submit 10 copies of the Summary Form for each post applied for, as mentioned in the advertisement.

Applicants seeking appointment to both Professor and Associate Director of Research posts must fill the API for three years under Pay Matrix Level-12 (Rs. 79,800–2,11,500) and Pay Matrix Level-13A (Rs. 1,31,400–2,17,100), as per the 6th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines.

For candidates applying for the post of Principal, a separate online application is mandatory. The API for the post of Principal must be filled under Pay Matrix Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200–2,18,200) for three years of service as Professor. The notification specifies that the minimum API requirement is 720 over three years.

Additionally, it is mandatory for applicants to the post of Principal to submit Annexure II, strictly in accordance with the guidelines mentioned in the advertisement.

Kamdhenu University has urged applicants to carefully follow the instructions outlined in the notification to avoid rejection of applications.
