New Delhi.:  Syed Abid Husain Senior Secondary School, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) successfully organized its Annual Sports Day 2024-25 on Friday, 7th February 2025, at 9:30 AM. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi, Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia, in the presence of esteemed guests, faculty members, and enthusiastic students.

 Students from the Middle and Senior Sections showcased their talent and team spirit through a variety of activities, including March Past, Dance & PT, Tug of War, Chu Chu Train, Race, Ball Throw, and Shot Put. The sports event highlighted the importance of physical fitness, discipline, and teamwork among students.

 The winners of various events were honored with trophies and medals, presented by Prof. Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi and other distinguished dignitaries. Their presence and words of encouragement motivated the young athletes to continue excelling in sports and academics.

 Speaking on the occasion, the Principal, Shagufta Shandar Khan of Syed Abid Husain Senior Secondary School expressed gratitude to the guests and congratulated the participants for their outstanding performances. The event concluded on a high note, celebrating the spirit of sportsmanship and unity among students.
