New Delhi: Mohd. Luqman Ali, a student of Jamia Millia Islamia University (JMI) won two bronze medals in the All India Inter-University Grappling Tournament. The event was organized recently in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

As per the official release, He is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work (MSW) program. He also did BA (Hons) Hindi from Jamia before this. He said his dream is to win medals for India at the international level in the Olympics, World Championships, Commonwealth Games, and Asian Games.

Mr. Luqman received praise from Prof. Najma Akhtar, Vice Chancellor, JMI. Earlier, in April, he had won the gold medal in National Ju-Jitsu Championship 2023. This championship was organized by Indian Ju-Jitsu Association in Madhya Pradesh.
