Conditions, Fees and Application Process at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in

The essential eligibility criterion for participating in JAC Delhi 2026 counselling comprises holding a valid rank in JEE Main 2026 with qualifications of Paper 1 and Paper 2 for B.Tech. and BArch admissions, respectively. In addition to valid JEE rankings, candidates are also required to have cleared Class 12 from a CBSE-affiliated or recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as core subjects and maintain an average of 60% in these subjects. This condition will be checked while submitting documents during the reporting process at the respective allotted institutes.

The registration fee for participating in the counselling process is Rs. 1,500 and is non-refundable, and can be paid through online modes. The accepted payment modes are debit/credit cards, net banking and UPI. The notice clearly states that applications submitted without payment of the required fee will not be considered. Hence, candidates must ensure the payment process is completed before moving on to fill choices, as an incomplete registration renders a candidate ineligible for seat allotment.

The availability of seats allows the applicant to proceed through the application process in sequence. The applicants must log on to jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in with their JEE Main application number and password to complete the online application process. This is followed by the submission of additional personal and academic information, online uploading of the prescribed documents with specified format and size, payment of registration fee, submission of preferences for colleges and courses, and finally locking the choices. A printout of the locked choices is to be maintained for reference during the counselling process.

Registration, Seat Allotment, Counselling, and What Follows

JAC Delhi 2026 is implementing four standard counselling rounds plus an online spot round. The allotted institute is the only venue for document verification. Required documents include class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, the JEE Main 2026 score, and a medical fitness certificate.
