IP University Launches Elysian 4.0 and Synthesia 3.0, Promoting Creativity and Innovation in AI Era

New Delhi, October 21: This is an era of imagination and creativity. It is on the strength of these that you can make your mark. It is these two qualities that will set you apart from others. These inspiring words were spoken today by Padma Shri Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma, Vice Chancellor of IP University.

He was addressing the inaugural session of the three-day annual technical festivals “Elysian 4.0” and “Synthesia 3.0” organized in two schools of the University's East Campus — USAR and USDI. He said that there is a lot to learn outside the classroom as well. Many things that are useful in life are learned outside the classroom. Commenting on both festivals, he said that the first one introduces us to the limitless world of technology, while the second one makes us dive into the ocean of imagination. There is a wonderful synergy between the two.

Dean of both schools, Prof. Arvinder Kaur, advised the students to think “out of the box” for innovation and to make extensive use and application of technology. She said that even in this era of AI, it is important to retain the “human touch”. On this occasion, the in-house magazines of both schools, “Netted Bytes” and “Carnama”, were also released.
