New Delhi : - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, has officially released the interview schedule for PhD Admission 2025-26 (winter session) at the University School of Information, Communication and Technology (USICT). The Interview are scheduled to be held on January 16, 2026 (Friday), with a reporting time of 9:30 AM.
The interviews will take place at Room EFC-315, 3rd floor, USICT, Sector-16, Dwarka, Delhi.
Candidates are required to bring the following documents :
- 1. Duly filled ANNEXURE-A
- 2. Two hard copies of the Research Proposal in the chosen area (as per ANNEXURE-C keywords)
- 3. PowerPoint presentation of the Research Proposal in a pen drive
- 4. Original PET Admit Card (PET-exempted candidates may ignore)
- 5. Self-attested copy of Transaction Receipt
- 6. Self-attested copy of GATE/NET/NET (JRF) certificate, if PET exemption is claimed
- 7. All original certificates/degree mark sheets from Class 10 onwards, along with one set of self-attested photocopies
- 8. Valid category certificate (SC/ST/PwD/EWS/OBC-NCL), if applicable
- 9. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer, if employed (as per ANNEXURE-B)
- 10. Copy of a brief resume/CV
- 11.Copies of publications, if any
Candidates have been shortlisted for programme icluding Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT) , Computer Applications (CA) and Mechanical & Automation Engineering (MAE) , while no candidate qualified for Electronics a d Communication Engineering ( ECE) in this round.
Candidates are required to bring duly filled annexures, research proposal copies, presentation material , original certificates and other relevant doucuments as specified in the notification.The University has clarified that no TA/DA will be provided and failure to report on time will lead to cancellation of candidature.
