Berhampur - Berhampur University (BU) has issued a corrigendum announcing the cancellation of the Walk-in Interview related to Advertisement No. 04/ICSSR/AP/HSC/BU/2026. The interview, which was earlier notified on January 28, 2026, has been called off due to the ongoing strike, as reported by reliable sources and media channels.

After discussions and deliberation among the committee members, the decision was taken in the interest of candidate safety and to ensure the smooth conduct of selection process. The university has clarified that the cancelled walk-in-interview has now been rescheduled for February 9, 2026.

All other terms & conditions mentioned in the original notification will remain unchanged. Candidates are advised to take note of the revised date and make necessary arrangements accordingly.

The university has expressed regret for any inconvenience caused to the applicants. The notice has been issued by Dr. Anita Pandey, Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science , Berhampur University and the Principal Investigator of the ICSSR Project.
