Haryana :- A two-day Annual Festival ‘Spandan-2024’ is going to be organized from February 29 at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh. Prof. Taneshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University will inaugurate the program. Shri Om Prakash Yadav, Minister of State, Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of Haryana will also present in the valedictory session. On the first day Dr. Usha Arora, Ombudsperson, CUH will attend the program as Guest of Honour. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that the confluence of art and culture will be seen through various programs organized on the occasion of the annual festival of the University.

Prof. Anand Sharma, Dean Students' Welfare said that the two-day inter-university cultural program 'Spandan 2024', being organized on the occasion of the Annual Festival of the University, will include music, dance, fine art, poetry recitation, debate, literary program, vocal music under theatre, group dance, competitions like folk dance, skit, mime, painting, collage making, rangoli, mehandi, photography, poster making etc. Prof. Sharma said that Shri RamkeshJeevanpuriya and Shri Hariom Kaushik will also give their performances in the event.Dr. Aarti Yadav said that in these competitions, along with Central University of Haryana teams from different educational institutions like Maharishi Dayanand University, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Indira Gandhi University, B.R. Ambedkar University, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, DeenbandhuChhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Gurugram University, Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University, Chaudhary Devi Lal University and NIFTEM etc. are participating. On the second day of the program, teachers, postgraduate and outsourced employees and students will also be honored for their special contribution to the University. Dr. Renu Yadav, Dr. MulakaMaruthi and Dr. Neeraj Karan Singh are coordinating various programs.
