Chennai . : The Department of Management Studies (DoMS), IIT Madras, has invited applications for its Executive MBA (EMBA) programme, designed for working professionals seeking to enhance their leadership and management skills. The last date to apply is October 19, 2025.
Programme Structure and Eligibility
- The two-year in-person programme will be held on alternate weekends, enabling participants to balance work and study. Applicants must have:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least 60% marks
- A minimum of three years’ work experience
The selection process will be conducted on November 8 and 9, 2025, at the IIT Madras campus. It includes a written aptitude test—covering business aptitude, logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and verbal ability—followed by a personal interview. Final results will be declared in December, and classes will commence in January 2026.
Curriculum Highlights
The EMBA curriculum blends classroom learning with three field-based capstone projects, enabling participants to apply management concepts to real-world business challenges. The course also integrates case study-based teaching with material from leading institutions such as Harvard Business School, fostering decision-making in a simulated environment.
