Selection Process
- For Posts 1–8: The process includes a written test and/or a seminar or presentation to an expert panel, followed by a personal interview.
- For Post 9 (Assistant Security Officer): Selection is based on a direct interview.
- For Other Posts: The selection may involve a written test, skill test, job-oriented practical test, or other assessments as per IIT Kanpur's guidelines.
