Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy
IIT Guwahati is seeking professionals for three Manager positions to support strategic resource mobilisation and institutional partnerships.
The selected professionals will be expected to work with industry leaders, alumni and philanthropic organisations and develop partnerships and fundraising opportunities for the institute.
Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:

Mobilising alumni donations and philanthropic contributions.

Developing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contributions.

Supporting endowment funds and major gifts.

Developing institutional and strategic partnerships.

Manager Eligibility
Candidates applying for the Manager – Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy position should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

Preference will be given to graduates of IITs.

Minimum 10 years of experience in client-facing roles.

Demonstrated ability to create, nurture and manage professional relationships.

Strong communication, networking and stakeholder-engagement skills.

Experience in fundraising, business development, corporate relations, philanthropy, institutional partnerships or a related area will be an advantage.
Manager Salary
Selected candidates for the Manager position will receive:

Performance incentive of up to 40% of the base salary may be earned on each package of funds successfully collected, subject to approval of IIT Guwahati.
