New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi has opened nominations for the Distinguished Alumni Awards 2026, inviting submissions for three categories: the Distinguished Alumni Award (DAA), the Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Award, and the Distinguished Alumni Service Award (DASA). The awards are presented annually to recognise alumni who have made notable contributions in their professional fields or through service to the institute and society.

The Distinguished Alumni Award (DAA) honours alumni who have achieved exceptional distinction in their careers or public life. The GOLD Award is intended for graduates from the last ten years who have demonstrated significant accomplishments early in their professional journeys. Meanwhile, the Distinguished Alumni Service Award (DASA) recognises individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the development and outreach of IIT Delhi.

Nominations for the awards can be submitted through the official IIT Delhi Alumni portal, where detailed eligibility criteria and submission guidelines are available. The initiative aims to celebrate the achievements of IIT Delhi’s global alumni community while strengthening connections between the institute and its former students.
