New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology(IIT) Delhi has decided to form a joint committee comprising of representatives of concerned students and the administration. The task of the committee would be to find ways towards reducing the mess fee.

As per the official release, the decision took place in a meeting with the concerned students to address their mess fee-related concerns. The committee will do a comparative study of similar messes in other large metros. 

The messes in IIT Delhi’s hostel are run by students through their elected representatives.
