IIM UDAIPUR to hold a unique webinar on DIGITAL HEALTHSCAPE

Udaipur: Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, today announced a unique collaboration of its Center for Healthcare and Center for Digital Enterprise in holding a webinar to examine digital solutions to effective healthcare management in India on March 16, 2022.

The webinar assumes both relevance and importance against the backdrop of an increasing application of digital health solutions across healthcare ecosystems, the ongoing battle with Covid, the recent Government approval for a nationwide roll out of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission with an outlay of INR 1600 crores, and, above all, India’s unique healthcare management challenges. 

The webinar will feature Mr. Kiran Anandampalli, CEO & Founder – iDrishti and Adviser (Technology) at National Health Authority, India. The panelists for the webinar are Prof. Vijay Chandru (Commissioner, Lancet Citizen’s Commission on reimagining India’s Health System), Mr. Jagdeep Gambhir (CEO & Co-Founder, Karma Healthcare) and Mr. Jaydev Varma (Head of Product, Ancora Health, Amsterdam).

The Centre for Healthcare (CFH) at IIM Udaipur originated to provide a platform for rigorous healthcare research in India from a management perspective. The objective was to bring together academicians from management, public health, health economics, practitioners, and research active medical professionals to understand and solve fundamental issues in healthcare in low and middle-income countries (LMIC). The CFH focuses on projects related to primary healthcare, nutrition, and healthcare enablers such as technology and data.
