Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Manager, you will be expected to carry a diverse digital-content portfolio. You will be expected to create and produce a variety of content and materials in formats such as posters, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, digital ads, and branding assets. You will also be expected to create digital marketing and content material for Executive Education Programs. You will take ownership of the content on the website and manage content posted on the IIM Lucknow LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and blog pages.

You will be expected to help conceive and manage the logistics of webinars and seminars, post about them, and update information on event pages. Additionally, you will take ownership of the daily content posting and monitoring the performance of the MDP and Executive Education social media pages.

Contract Period and Working Conditions

Appointment will be on a contract basis for one year with the possibility of renewal for up to three years on a year to year basis, based on performance and the requirements of the Institute. Appointment to this position does not entitle the employee to be regularized or absorbed at IIM Lucknow.

Working hours will be from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, on all working days. However, IIM Lucknow’s notification states that there could be occasions when employees are required to work beyond working hours or on holidays.

IIM Lucknow wants to hire women applicants and has relaxed the upper age limit of candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC and PwBD categories, as per the rules of the Central Government.
