Lucknow: The latest placement drive at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow was a resounding success, with over 600 job offers extended to 570 students from the 39th batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 20th batch of the Postgraduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
The highest domestic salary package reached an impressive Rs 75 lakh, while the highest international package stood at Rs 65 lakh. The average salary offered was Rs 32.3 lakh, reflecting strong demand for IIM Lucknow graduates.
Strong Industry Participation
The placement drive saw participation from over 180 recruiters, including top global firms and first-time recruiters. Leading companies such as Accenture, Amazon, Bain & Company, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, Microsoft, and Tata Administrative Services hired students for key roles.
New recruiters this year included Ather Energy, BPCL, CRISIL, DBS Bank, GMR Group, HPCL, Jefferies, Mankind Pharma, Maruti Suzuki, PhonePe, and Walmart, expanding opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Diverse Student Backgrounds
The students securing placements came from varied academic and professional backgrounds, including finance, IT, consulting, and sales and marketing. Many were graduates from IITs, NITs, BITS, and SRCC, bringing a strong foundation in business and technical expertise.
