What Will the Researchers Be Working on?
The project, titled “Bridging the Informal Credit Gap: Feasibility of Retail CBDC (E-rupee) as Reputational Collateral for Micro-Entrepreneur in Prayagraj,” will explore whether the traceable and recorded transaction data of the E-rupee can help create a micro-entrepreneur's credit reputation.

IIIT Allahabad Recruitment 2026: Tenure
Each position is initially for a period of six months, which can be extended to a period of one year, based on the performance of the employee and availability of funds from ICSSR. The notification mentions that the evaluation of performance will be periodic.
