New Delhi. : IGNOU has added four Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in four different specialisations of Management i.e. Human Resource Management, Financial management, Marketing Management and Operations Management in its huge basket of academic programmes. These programmes are on offer from January, 2023 academic session.

It is also worthwhile to mention that IGNOU has announced the admission to MBA programmes for January, 2023 academic session. The university is offering 7 varieties of MBA programmes:

1.       Master of Business Administration (MBA)-through ODL mode

2.       Master of Business Administration (Banking & Finance)-MBF

3.       Master of Business Administration (Human Resources Management)-MBAHM

4.       Master of Business Administration (Financial Management)-MBAFM

5.       Master of Business Administration (Marketing Management)-MBAMM

6.       Master of Business Administration (Operations Management)-MBAOM

7.       Master of Business Administration (Online)-MBAOL

Any graduate with 50 % marks for general category (45%) for reserved category can enroll in any of these MBA programmes (except MBF; for details on eligibility of MBF visit IGNOU website) without appearing for any entrance test.

While highlighting the unique features of MBA and PG Diploma Programmes, Prof. Nayantara Padhi (Programme Coordinator-MBA,SOMS,IGNOU ) mentioned that these programmes are in compliance with the requirements of NEP 2020 in terms of quality, accessibility, equity and affordability.
