New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for fresh admission and re-registration for January 2023 cycle. Candidates can apply for fresh admission in both ODL mode and Online mode at their official websites- ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in and ignouiop.samarth.edu.in respectively. 

As per the tweets shared by IGNOU’s Twitter handle (@OfficialIGNOU), the last date for both admission and re-registration has been extended to 20th February 2023. Candidates can re-register for January 2023 cycle on ignou.samarth.edu.in. They would be required to pay a late fee with re-registration. 

Earlier, the last date for fresh admission to January 2023 cycle was extended to 15th January 2023, then it was extended to 31st January 2023 and later to 10th February 2023. This is the fourth time the last date has been extended for the same cycle.
