Chhattisgarh: A National seminar on digital pedagogy and teacher education under the National Education Policy 2020 is set to bring together academicians, researchers, and educators to discuss the evolving role of technology in education. The seminar will be held from 25th to 26th April 2026. It aims to understand innovative teaching practices, challenges, and opportunities for optimising digital tools in the educational process.
The seminar aims to understand the growing need for digital pedagogy in the educational sector to make it more effective, inclusive, and learner-centred. With the increasing use of online platforms, artificial intelligence, and digital resources, teacher education is undergoing a significant transformation. The seminar will serve as a platform for participants to exchange ideas, share research findings, and discuss strategies for implementing technology-driven education.
The event will cover a wide range of themes, including policy perspectives, curriculum innovation, use of digital tools, assessment methods, and teacher professional development and issues related to equity and inclusion. Topics such as blended learning, learning management systems, AI-based learning and other topics will be discussed in detail. Participants can needs to submit their research paper aligned with these themes. The abstracts should be 200- 300 words, followed by full paper submissions adhering to the specified guidelines. Selected papers will be published in an edited book with an ISBN, and a best paper award will also be presented.
The seminar will be conducted in a hybrid mode, allowing both online and offline participation. Registration is mandatory through the official form, and selected participants will receive a conference kit, certificate, and other benefits. This seminar reflects a significant step toward strengthening digital transformation in teacher education and aligning it with national educational goals.
