New Delhi.; The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has officially announced the examination timetable for the Company Secretary (CS) June 2026 session. The examinations for both Executive and Professional programmes will be conducted from June 1 to June 7, 2026, strictly under the Syllabus 2022.
As per the notification, all papers will be held in a single shift from 9:00 am to 2:15 pm, with an additional 15-minute reading time from 9:00 am to 9:15 am. ICSI has also earmarked June 8, 9, and 10, 2026, as reserve dates in case of unforeseen circumstances.

ICSI has clarified that the registration schedule for the June 2026 session will be announced separately. Eligible candidates will be able to submit their examination forms through the official website once the application window opens.
Eligibility Criteria for CS June 2026 Exams
Executive Programme
- Mandatory completion of the Online Pre-Examination Test
- Successful completion of ODOP/TDOP, as applicable based on the registration period
Professional Programme
- Mandatory completion of the Online Pre-Examination Test prior to enrolment
