ICAR AIEEA PG, AICE JRF/SRF 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released; Check Challenge Details
New Delhi : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys and question papers with recorded responses for the ICAR AIEEA (PG) and AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) 2026 examinations. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check their recorded responses and raise objections against the provisional answer key through the official NTA website.
The ICAR entrance examinations were conducted by NTA on July 4, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across examination centres in cities across the country. The examinations were conducted for admission to postgraduate programmes through AIEEA (PG) and for the AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) programme.
ICAR AIEEA PG, AICE JRF/SRF Answer Key 2026: How to Challenge
Candidates who are not satisfied with any answer in the provisional answer key can submit challenges through the online mode. Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question challenged.
The processing fee can be paid through Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Challenges submitted without payment of the prescribed processing fee will not be considered. No challenge will be accepted through any other mode.
Candidates are advised to carefully examine their recorded responses and the provisional answer key before submitting an objection.

According to the NTA public notice dated August 16, 2026, the answer key challenge window will remain open from August 16 to August 18, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.

What Happens After the Answer Key Challenge?
The challenges submitted by candidates will be examined by a panel of subject experts. If a challenge is found to be correct, the answer key will be revised and the revised answer will be applied to the responses of all candidates concerned.
The final answer key will be prepared after considering the valid challenges. The result will subsequently be prepared on the basis of the final answer key.
NTA clarified that individual candidates will not be informed separately about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges. The answer key finalized after the challenge process will be considered final, and no further challenge will be entertained.
