Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 1 Registration Begins, Check Schedule and Key Instructions
Rohtak: The Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has announced the Round 1 counselling schedule for Haryana NEET UG 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes for the academic session 2026-27.
The counselling process will cover seats in government, government-aided and private medical and dental colleges in Haryana, including specified private universities. Eligible candidates can complete their online registration until August 31, 2026, up to 11:59 pm.
Candidates can also edit their submitted information and complete choice filling and locking during the registration period. The university has advised applicants to regularly monitor the admission portal for further announcements.

Haryana NEET UG Round 1 Counselling 2026: Key Instructions
Candidates participating in the counselling process should keep the following points in mind:
- Candidates allotted an MBBS or BDS seat must pay the prescribed tuition fee online through the admission portal.
- Candidates are required to appear personally for document verification at the designated venue.
- Applicants must carry their original documents and certificates for verification.
- Personal appearance before the Admission Committee at Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is mandatory.
- Failure to appear before the committee as required may result in cancellation of candidature.
- Candidates should regularly check the admission portal and university website for the category-wise document verification schedule.
- Applicants must complete registration, choice filling, fee payment, document verification and joining within the prescribed deadlines.

What Happens After Haryana NEET UG Round 1 Registration?
After the registration and choice-filling period closes, the university will release the provisional seat allocation on September 2. Candidates will have an opportunity to raise grievances against the provisional allocation on the same day.
Following consideration of grievances, the allocation list will be issued on September 2. Candidates allotted seats will then have to complete the online tuition fee payment between September 2 and September 5.
Document verification will take place from September 6 to September 8, followed by the facility to download the provisional admission letter. Candidates must join their allotted institution by September 9 at 4 pm.

Candidates who wish to participate in Round 1 should complete their registration before the August 31 deadline. They should also carefully review their preferred colleges and courses before locking their choices.
