Har Ghar Tiranga campaign has started at CUH

:- From August 3 to 5, this awareness program is being run in the villages adopted by the University under the leadership of Dr. Dinesh Chahal, Convener, NSS unit and Sunil Agarwal

 

Haryana: On the occasion of 75 years of independence and on the call of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh will make people aware of India's independence and its importance through a series of events that will be conducted within a fortnight. Under these events conducted by the University, public awareness, the feeling of patriotism and respect for the National Flag will be awakened and strengthened among the people. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor said that surely through these events, the feeling of patriotism will prevail among the people. He called upon all the participants of the University for their active participation in the success of this campaign.

Prof. Anand Sharma, Dean Students Welfare informed that under the Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav campaign, the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign has been started on Wednesday through the Tiranga awareness program. From August 3 to 5, this awareness program is being run in the villages adopted by the University under the leadership of Dr. Dinesh Chahal, Convener, NSS unit and Sunil Agarwal. 

In this sequence, a plantation program will be organized at 75 different places from 6 to 7 August. Prabhat Pheri-Tiranga Yatra will be taken out on August 8. Poster, painting exhibition and speech and song presentation program is proposed to be organized on August 9 under the Azadi ke Amrit Mahotsav campaign. In the same series of programs on August 12, cultural evenings will be organized by the students of Haryana Kala Parishad and the University. Videography competition and cleanliness competition will be organized in hostels on 13th and 14th August. In this sequence, Har Ghar Tiranga program will be organized from August 13 to 15. 

Organized by the Office of Dean Student Welfare, this fortnight will end with the celebration of Independence Day on August 15. In this event, NSS unit, Youth Red Cross, Green Campus Clean Campus Club, Public Relations Officer's Office, RWA, GPSCH, Art and Culture Club, Social Media Club, University students, research scholars, teachers, non-teaching staff and local villagers are going to participate actively in this event.
