Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Directorate of Primary Education has extended the college choice-filling window for D.El.Ed (PTC) admissions for the 2026-27 academic session, giving eligible candidates additional time to select their preferred colleges. According to the latest update on the official D.El.Ed admission portal, candidates can submit or revise their college choices from September 30 to October 2, 2026, until 11:59 PM.
College Choice Window Reopened
The Directorate has reopened the college-choice process after revising the list of colleges available to candidates. Students who are eligible for D.El.Ed admission can log in to the official admission portal and select their preferred colleges from the updated list within the revised deadline. The choice-filling process is an important stage of the admission procedure because candidates have to indicate their preferences before the next stage of seat allocation.
Last Date Is October 2
The revised college-choice window will remain open until 11:59 PM on October 2. Candidates who have not yet completed the choice-filling process should submit their preferences before the deadline. Those who have already submitted choices should also check the updated college list and make changes if required. The Directorate has advised candidates to use the official admission portal for the latest information rather than relying on earlier college lists or schedules.
Revised College List Available
The reopening of the choice window follows a revision in the list of colleges available for the D.El.Ed admission process. This means candidates should check the updated list before finalising their preferences. The revised list may affect the options available to students during the seat-allocation process. Candidates should also make sure that their application and other admission formalities have been completed as required before submitting their final college choices.
