Agartala - The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Agartala has released an official notice dated 30 January 2026, informing all its graduates about the collection of degree certificates and grade cards. As per the notification issued by the Office of the Dean (Academic & Examinations), graduates can collect their documents from the Examination Section on all working days.

The collection window will has been fixed between 2 PM and 4 PM. Graduates may collect the documents in person or through their parents or via any faculty or staff members of the institute. 

The notice clearly states that No Dues Certificate is mandatory for collecting the above mentioned documents.The institute has also clarified that no other mode of collection will bee entertained andar any circumstances. The communication has been circulated to all concerned authorities, including the Director’s office, Deans, Heads of Departments, Chief Warden, and System Administrator for uploading on the official website. Graduates are advised to ensure compliance with all requirements before visiting the Examination Section to avoid inconvenience.
