Ludhiana: The Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU) has issued a vacancy notice inviting applications for two posts of Project Associate-I under the ANRF-2 project titled “Consortium of Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture, Health, Energy and Environment.”
According to the notification released by the College of Animal Biotechnology, the positions will be offered on a six-month contractual basis, extendable depending on performance and availability of project funds.
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated fellowship of ₹30,000 per month.
Applicants must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or a Master’s degree in Natural/Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or related disciplines from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with research experience in areas such as animal experiments, PCR, ELISA, western blotting, cell culture, and laboratory sample handling.
The upper age limit is 35 years, with relaxation applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.
Eligible candidates must submit their biodata, passport-size photograph, and self-attested copies of certificates in a single PDF to the official email before March 20, 2026 (5:00 PM).
The walk-in interview is scheduled for March 25, 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Office of the Dean, College of Animal Biotechnology, GADVASU.
Officials noted that the appointment will remain purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
