New Delhi: Delhi government is starting a free English spoken language course for all students of Delhi, announced by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday.

All the students who have passed their 12th class and have general basic knowledge of English are eligible for this course.

The course will be open to the age group of 18 to 35 years for admission. The course duration would be 3 to 4 months with 120-140 hours of study.

Although the course is free in the beginning a minimal security fee of Rs 950/- will be charged.
