New Delhi - South Asian University has announced one temporary vacancy for the position of Project Research Scientist-II (Non-Medical) to work on an ICMR-funded project titled “Development of CRISPR-based screening and quantitative assays for the diagnosis of Hepatitis B virus (HBV), Hepatitis C virus (HCV), and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) in clinical samples.”
The project will be carried out under the supervision of Dr. Senthil Kumar Venugopal, Professor, Faculty of Life Sciences and Biotechnology, South Asian University, New Delhi.
Fellowship
₹67,000 per month + HRA, as per ICMR guidelines
Eligibility
First-class postgraduate degree (including integrated PG) in a relevant field with three years’ experience, OR
PhD in a relevant field
Second-class postgraduate degree with PhD and three years’ experience is also eligible
Duration
One year, extendable up to three years based on satisfactory performance
