Gurugram - The Atal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC), SGT University, under the guidance of Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog , has opened applications for the Community Innovators Fellowship(CIF). The fellowship aims to encourage individuals with innovative ideas focused on creating social and comunity-level impact. The initiative supports innovators working on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) aligned solutions.

Eligibility Criteria for a Fellow
The Community Innovator Fellow is an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, with an idea to solve a community challenge through his/her enterprise.
Eligibility Criteria for a fellow :
Age - 18-35 Years
Education - At least a bachelor's/diploma/degree holder in any discipline from a recognized university
Distance from the community – Residential address within 30 km from ACIC*
Literacy level – English Language proficiency (Intermediate)**
*Fellows could also be enrolled from outside the ACIC’s geographical region with a mandate of completing certain community hours and ACIC hours.
**Applicants not meeting this level of literacy can be supported by a ‘Buddy’ and also through training and workshops as part of the fellowship.
Unders the programme, selected fellows will receive financial support of upto ₹2 lakh, along with expert mentorship, access to ACIS-SGT infrastructure , curated learning moduleson entrepreneurship and SDGs and community immersion support.
Tge fellowship focuses on innovations in key sectors such as Agriculture, Healthcare, Clean and Green Energy and Internet of Things (IoT). Preference will be given to applicants from Jhajjar and Gurugram who are motivated to drive local community transformation.
