Expert lecture organized at CUH

New Delhi. : An expert lecture on the 'Role of Military Psychology in the Indian Armed Forces' was organized by the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh. Dr. AvinashAwasthi, Scientist of Defense Psychological Research Institute (DIPR) and Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), New Delhi was present on this occasion as the expert speaker.

Dr. V.N. Yadav, Head of the Department of Psychology threw light on the purpose and utility of this event and also welcomed the guest speaker. The expert speaker of the program Dr. AvinashAwasthi highlighted the role of military psychology in the Indian Armed Forces. Introducing the working of DIPR, he addressed the participants on challenges and opportunities of Military Psychology in Personnel Selection, Military Strategy, Behavioral Training, International National Cooperation, Academic Cooperation, Research etc. Students from various universities and educational institutions participated in this online program. Dr. PayalChandel, the convener of the program, thanked the keynote speaker and the participants present. All the teachers of psychology department were present in the program.
