New Delhi - Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD), School of Management, has invited applications for the position of Research Assistant (RA) under an ICSSR-funded research project titled “Family Dynamics and Women Empowerment in the Context of Digital Platform-based Work: A Study in Selected North-Western States of India.” The appointment is purely temporary for a duration of three months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree (MBA/MA/MSc) in Social Sciences such as Management, Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Psychology, Public Policy, or allied disciplines with a minimum of 55% marks. NET/MPhil/PhD qualifications are also desirable. Preference will be given to applicants with prior research experience, particularly in gender, gig/platform economy, labour studies, or digital work, along with proficiency in research methodologies and analytical tools such as SPSS, NVivo, MS Excel, and academic writing.
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹37,000 per month as per ICSSR norms. Key responsibilities include conducting literature reviews, assisting in data collection and fieldwork, supporting questionnaire design, data analysis, report writing, and coordinating project-related activities. The position requires strong communication and coordination skills.
