Mahendragarh : The Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Haryana (CUH), Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, inaugurated the conference website and released the brochure of the “48th All India Accounting Conference and International Seminar” on Tuesday. On this occasion, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof.Pawan Kumar Sharma and Registrar Prof.Suneel Kumar were also present. The conference is scheduled to be held from October 23 to 25, 2026.
Addressing the gathering, the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar highlighted the significance of the conference and stated that such international events promote academic excellence and foster global engagement.
In his remarks, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Prof.Pawan Kumar Sharma emphasized the relevance of the conference in the present academic scenario. Subsequently, the President of the Indian Accounting Association, Prof. (Dr.) Gabriel Simon, underlined the importance of such initiatives in advancing accounting education and research.
Earlier, welcoming the dignitaries, Registrar Prof.Suneel Kumar extended a warm welcome to all the guests. Prof. Ashish Mathur, Head of the Department of Management Studies, remarked that the programme belongs to the university as a whole and collective efforts would make it a memorable event.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Conference Secretary, Prof.Rajendra Prasad Meena. The event is being seen as a significant milestone in the university’s academic endeavours, providing a platform for scholars from across the country and abroad.
