Haryana: Simran Chauhan, a student of Structural Engineering at Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, has been invited to discuss the environment at the International Conclave on Atma Nirbhar Bharat to be held in the United Kingdom. 

Expressing happiness on this achievement of the University's students, the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that Simran has got this opportunity in view of her participation in the Environment Parliament and her commendable work done towards the environment. Simran is a brilliant student of CUH. 

Prof. Surender Singh, In-charge, Green Campus, Clean Campus Cell, also congratulated Simran and wished her a bright future. He said that this international conclave organized in self-reliant India is being organized in London from September 21 to 23, 2022. Even before this, Simran has made the region and the University proud by receiving the Leader of Opposing Award in the National Environment Youth Parliament held at Delhi Parliament House. Simran Chauhan's father Shri Shivcharan Chauhan said that since childhood Simran's interest has been in social work. She has a great love for the environment. Due to this attachment, she has distributed thousands of trees till now. Simran Chauhan said that she gives the credit of this achievement to the teachers of her University and her parents whose guidance and inspiration enabled her to face various challenges and participate in social work along with education.
