CUH representatives interact with Industry experts

Central University of Haryana(CUH), Mahendergarh is moving towards continuous training of students on the front of education as well as skill development.

 

Mahendergarh : Central University of Haryana(CUH), Mahendergarh is moving towards continuous training of students on the front of education as well as skill development. To fulfill the resolution for necessary skill development and development of such employment options for the students as wished by the Vice Chancellor of the University Prof.  Tankeshwar Kumar, a high level committee of the University visited various prestigious institutions. Prof. AkashSaxena, Director of Training and Placement Cell and Dr. Rajesh Kumar DubeyHead of Department of Electrical Engineering were members of this committee.

The committee visited BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) and BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL), a joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure Limited and Government of NCT Delhi. Shri V.Sridhar Sr. V.P. Shri Prasad Patki, Head, Network Operations and BSES Delhi appreciated the work of interns of Electrical Engineering Department and discussed various possibilities of training, capacity building and placement of Central University of Haryana. Further, discussion was held with Mr. ApoorvaKohli (Joint Director) of Center for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) regarding signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for internship and capacity building and joint placement drive and knowledge sharing.The representatives of Central University of Haryana made a brief presentation on the placement and capacity building activities of Central University of Haryana. The committee also visited Mankind Research Centre, Manesar, Gurugram. Tarun Saini, Assistant Professor, Printing and Packaging Department said that the possibilities of internship and placement were also discussed with Mr. Soumyanath Mishra, Sr. GM and Head Packaging and Development Department.
