Haryana :- Marking the completion of three-year journey of National Education Policy-2020, Central University of Haryana released the Handbook “NEP 2020: Phased Implementation and Way Forward”, focusing on the step-by-step efforts of the University for the implementation of the National Education Policy and the future roadmap. This bookletwas released by Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor of the University on Tuesday 25th July 2023. On this occasion, member of the Executive Council of the University, Prof. Tahir Hussain, Head of the Department of Physics and Astrophysics, Prof. Sunita Srivastava and Dean Academic, Prof Sanjiv Kumar were also present.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar observed that the University has been striving to implement all the features of NEP-2020 in a phased manner. Some of the remarkable milestones include— introduction of B.Sc-MSc Integrated 4-Year UG and 4-Year B.A.-B.Ed Programme, Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) and Multiple Entry and Exit Options in UG, PG and Integrated Programmes, integration of Indian Knowledge System and MulyaPravahetc. for which necessary amendments have been made in the relevant ordinances. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar shared that the University is pursuing the roadmap for implementation of the Policy with well-defined strategies and targets. On this occasion, the comprehensive booklet on NEP-2020 Implementation and National Curriculum Framework: NCRF, IKS, MulyaPravah was also released.
