Haryana: On the completion of one year of Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar as the Vice-Chancellor a hawan ceremony was organized at the University. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar assumed charge as the Vice-Chancellor of Central University of Haryana on July 29, 2021. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar expressed his gratitude to all the participants including the faculty members, officers, non-teaching staff, students, research scholars and all stakeholders of the University for their cooperation and support. On the completion of one year as the Vice Chancellor of the University, the Havan was organized by the School of Engineering and Technology, in which the Head of the Departments, officers, teachers, non-teaching staff, students and research scholars of various departments of the University including the Vice Chancellor participated.

University Registrar Prof. Sunil Kumar said that Under the leadership and guidance of Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, the university has made remarkable progress, and the proof of this is also being achieved in various fields. 

The ranking of CUH in the University category in the NIRF Ranking 2022 between 151-200 is quite an example of this. Prof. Sunita Srivastava, Convener, Centre for Innovation and Incubation said that Innovation and Incubation was started in the University under the guidance of  Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar. She said that innovation and innovation are being promoted through this centre. For this, workshops, seminars and expert lectures are being organized by the center from time to time. 

Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, CUH under the guidance of the Dean's Office of Student Welfare recalling the achievements of one year tenure of Tankeshwar Kumar, he expressed his gratitude towards him by presenting a cultural program. A documentary titled Ek Saal Bemisaal was also screened on the occasion. The Havan was organized by Dr. Manish, Nishan Singh and Akshat Kant.
