Mahendergarh: The Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, has commenced the admission process for its newly introduced Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) programme for the Academic Session 2026-27. The admission brochure was formally released by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, in the presence of senior university officials and faculty members.
The brochure release ceremony was attended by Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Prof. Ashish Mathur, Prof. Sunita Tanwar, Dr. Sumit Kumar, Prof. Sushila Kumari Shoriya, Prof. Payal Kanwar Chandel, Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma (HVC), and Dr. Anurag B. Singh.
Addressing the gathering, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar said that the launch of the BBA programme reflects the university's commitment to providing industry-oriented, skill-based, and multidisciplinary education in line with the objectives of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. He stated that the programme has been designed to equip students with managerial competencies, entrepreneurial skills, leadership qualities, and a strong academic foundation in business and management.
Providing details about the admission process, Dr. Anurag B. Singh, Nodal Officer (Non-CUET Admissions) and Programme Director (BBA), said that the programme will have an intake of 60 seats. Admissions will be granted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent).
Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination in any discipline from a recognised board with a minimum of 50 per cent marks are eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, PwD, and OBC-NCL categories must have secured at least 45 per cent marks, as per the prescribed admission rules.
The online registration process commenced on 18 June 2026 and will remain open until 08 July 2026. The university will publish the comprehensive merit list on 13 July 2026, while category-wise allotment and admission offers will be released on 14 July 2026.
Interested candidates can submit their applications through the university's online admission portal. The university has advised applicants to refer to the admission brochure for detailed information regarding eligibility criteria, admission schedule, and the registration process.
