New Delhi. ; The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released an important update regarding the submission of scribe details for PwD/PwBD candidates appearing in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 is scheduled to be conducted from May 11 to May 31, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across India and at select international centres.
Scribe Details Submission Dates
- Start Date: April 30, 2026
- Last Date: May 5, 2026 (till 11:50 PM)
This facility is specifically for candidates who have opted to bring their own scribe during the application process.
Who Can Submit Scribe Details?
During CUET UG 2026 registration, PwD/PwBD candidates were given the option to:
- Choose their own scribe, or
- Opt for assistance as per NTA guidelines
Only those candidates who selected “own scribe” are eligible to fill in these details within the given window.
How to Submit Scribe Details
Candidates can follow these steps:
- Visit the official login portal
- Log in using Application Number & Password
- Click on “Register Scribe Details” on the dashboard
- Enter required information about the scribe
- Submit the details
- Once submitted, the information will be visible in:
- “View Application Form” section
- Confirmation page
Important Instructions
- The option to register scribe details will be available only to eligible candidates
- Ensure all details are accurate before submission
- No requests will be entertained after the deadline
