Kolkata : West Bengal State University has announced that there will be an online verification process for the registered students on 01/10/2024. The University has mentioned the last date of online registration for the UG students i.e. on 30/10/2024. 

The last date of verification for the students by the Colleges is on 06/11/2024. The last date for submission of duly filled in Registration forms to the University by the colleges is on 12/11/2024. 

The payment will be made in online mode while filling the registration form. The distribution of payment of fees under various heads are mentioned as follows. 
The Registration fee is Rs. 250/-
The Sports fee is Rs. 70/-
The Application fee is Rs. 30/-
The Processing fee is Rs. 50/-

It has been mentioned that the Processing fee will be reimbursed by the University to Colleges after the registration process by the students is complete. It has been told that the colleges should enclosed all relevant documents for each students while submitting registration forms in the University. 

It has to be noted that all Undergraduate students for the academic session 2024-2025 will be registered under the Curriculum and Credit framework for Undergraduate Programs (CCFUP) based on NEP 2020. 

It has lastly being mentioned that all are hereby requested to strictly  adhere to the time schedule which has been mentioned in order to maintain the Academic Calendar of the University and being advised to cooperate with the University authorities. 

It has been strictly mentioned that no fresh forms will be entertained after the last date of registration i. e. 30/10/2024. The University will not be responsible for any delay by the students in any way.
