New Delhi, August 18, 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification stating that the second-phase Tier 2 recruitment examination result for both Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) is published today, 18th August 2026. According to the official CBSE communication, candidates can check their results on the examination services portal.

Tier 2 Second Phase Results declared by CBSE
The second phase of the recruitment process for various teaching and non-teaching positions in KVS and NVS is another step completed by CBSE. The recruitment examination process was initiated for various positions across both organisations. As per the earlier official notification of CBSE, the Tier 1 examination of the KVS and NVS recruitment was conducted on the 10th and 11th of January 2026, respectively, and the result of Tier 1 was published on the candidate login portal. KVS NVS Recruitment Includes Multiple Posts
KVS and NVS recruitment combines posts at various levels in teaching and non-teaching professions. The recruitment process includes posts of Principal, Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, Primary Teacher, and Ayah/ Safaiwala/Chowkidar and various administrative and support posts among others.
The previous notification also published the Tier 2 examination schedules for posts of Primary Teacher, Trained Graduate Teacher, Post Graduate Teacher, Principal, Vice Principal, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Stenographer, peon, etc. The results of these examinations, which were declared on 18th August, will pertain to the candidates who appeared in the recruitment examinations of Tier 2 for the above-mentioned posts..
Rely on Official CBSE Information
CBSE has instructed aspirants to refer only to confirmed information on official channels. Recruitment updates circulated on unverified websites or social media pages should not be treated as verified updates. The CBSE official website is the only place to find Board recruitment notices and announcements. For organisation-specific notices candidate will have to visit the websites of KVS and NVS.
