New Delhi | The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a fresh reminder to all affiliated schools to complete and upload marks for Practical Examinations, Projects, and Internal Assessments for Classes X and XII by 14 February 2026.
The directive is in continuation of CBSE Circular No. CBSE/Coord/PRAC-REMINDER/2026 dated 01 January 2026, which had earlier notified schools about the schedule for conducting Practical Examinations, Projects, and Internal Assessments from 1 January to 14 February 2026.
CBSE has informed that, upon scrutiny of the data, nearly 30% of schools are yet to complete the uploading of marks. Schools have been advised to ensure timely completion of the following:
Practical Examinations / Projects / Internal Assessment for Class XII
- Internal Grades for Class XII
- Internal Assessment for Class X
The Board has further cautioned that the facility for deleting batches and correcting data will not be available after 14 February 2026, as the Integrated Platform System (IPS) for Practical Examination 2026 will be launched immediately after the deadline.
CBSE has urged Principals and Heads of Schools to treat the matter as urgent and ensure that all records related to Practical, Project, and Internal Assessments are accurately completed within the stipulated timeline to avoid complications during result processing.
The notice has been issued by Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, CBSE.
