New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced an opportunity for students of affiliated schools to feature in its upcoming educational podcasts and social media initiatives. The move aims to make CBSE’s digital content more student-centric and relatable.
Student Participation in CBSE Podcasts
CBSE has been producing in-house educational podcasts and digital content on academic and counselling-related matters, available on public platforms such as YouTube. To add student voices, the board plans to include short audio/video interactions, testimonials, and conversations in its official podcasts and social media content.
Who Can Apply
- Students from Classes IX to XII who are articulate, confident, and willing to participate.
- Participation is voluntary and requires written consent from both the student and their parents/guardians, submitted via the school.
Application Process
- Affiliated schools have been asked to nominate interested students by forwarding their names and brief profiles through the Google Form link provided by CBSE: https://forms.gle/oJbJaYPaYBb7ifjN9
- The deadline for submission is 10 days from the date of issue of the circular.
Enriching Opportunity
CBSE has reiterated that this initiative is optional but offers students a valuable platform to express themselves, showcase their communication skills, and contribute to the board’s outreach to peers, parents, and schools.
