New Delhi – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 12 results today, with girls outperforming boys by a significant margin. The overall pass percentage rose to 88.39%, marking an improvement from last year's 87.98%.
Key Highlights:
Girls: 91.64% pass rate
Boys: 85.70% pass rate (a 5.94% gap)
Total appeared: 16,92,794 students
Total passed: 14,96,307 students

Class 12 exams: February 15 – April 4, 2025

Class 10 exams: February 15 – March 18, 2025
New Grading System:
CBSE has introduced Relative Grading (2024-25 session), replacing fixed mark ranges. Now, scores depend on peer performance, reducing stress and fostering fair evaluation.
