New Delhi: : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially announced the **Class 12 Supplementary Examination Results 2026**. Students who appeared for the supplementary examination can now access their results through the DigiLocker Results Portal at https://results.digilocker.gov.in/
The supplementary examination was conducted to provide students with an opportunity to improve their academic performance or clear pending subjects. It covered three categories of candidates:
Compartment Candidates: Students who failed to secure qualifying marks in one of the five mandatory subjects.
Candidates with Six Subjects: Students who had passed by replacing a main subject with an additional subject but wished to reappear in the original main subject.
Improvement Candidates: Students who had already passed the board examination and opted to improve their score in one subject.

The pass percentage in the compartment category has shown a significant improvement compared to **38.36% in 2025**, indicating better overall performance by students this year.
School-Wise Results
CBSE has informed that school-wise results will be sent directly to affiliated schools through their registered email addresses. Schools can also access students' digital academic documents through the CBSE repository using the credentials already provided by the Board.
Results for Students of CBSE Schools Abroad
Students studying in CBSE-affiliated schools outside India can also download their results and digital academic documents through DigiLocker.
Printed Mark Sheets
Printed Mark Sheet-cum-Passing Certificates for regular students, including those studying abroad, will be distributed through their respective schools.
Private candidates will receive their digital academic documents through DigiLocker, while printed documents will be dispatched to their registered addresses. However, private candidates under the Delhi East and Delhi West Regional Offices can collect their printed certificates from their respective examination centres.
Post-Result Services
CBSE has stated that details regarding post-result services, including verification and other facilities, will be announced separately through an official circular.
